At Ross Admin Services, we strive to deliver high-quality administrative and research support tailored to each client’s specific needs. Because our services involve time, labor, and customized work, refunds are handled under the guidelines below.
1. Service-Based Work
Due to the personalized nature of the services we provide, completed work is non-refundable. Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving work throughout the project to ensure accuracy and satisfaction.
2. Deposits
Some services may require an upfront deposit. Deposits are non-refundable once work has begun, as they secure project time and resources.
3. Cancellation Requests
Clients may cancel future work at any time by providing written notice. Any completed work or time already invested must be paid for and will be invoiced accordingly.
4. Quality Concerns
If there is an issue with delivered work, we encourage clients to contact us promptly. We will make reasonable efforts to correct errors or revise the work to achieve agreed-upon expectations.
5. Lack of Communication
If a client becomes unresponsive for 14 days or more, the project may be paused or closed. Any completed work or hours spent will be billed, and refund requests will not be granted.
6. Digital Deliverables
Any digital products, templates, or downloadable materials are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded once delivered.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy occasionally. Updates will be posted with a new date above.
